To date, the Company has successfully maintained harmonious industrial relations with its employees, and there have been no recorded incidents of discrimination, child labor or forced labor throughout the Company’s work environment. In addition, we persistently comply with the fulfillment of employee rights, including remuneration, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. Likewise, the Company consistently implements competency development programs and zero fatality during 2022.

With regard to community development programs (CDP), to date the Company and its Subsidiary have held 119 CDPs in 136 villages with 22,136 beneficiaries and a total spending of Rp18.06 billion. CDPs are implemented in accordance with the Company’s 8 pillars and the Sustainable Development Goals. The Company also supports the implementation of national development programs in its and Subsidiary’s surrounding areas in an effort to reduce the prevalence of stunting among toddlers.
