Company Secretary
The Corporate Secretary is responsible for preparing various reports, carrying out secretarial duties, and ensuring the Company’s compliance with applicable regulations. In addition, as part of its function, the Corporate establishes community relations in order to maintain the Company’s positive image.
The Corporate Secretary’s work guideline was prepared in accordance with the Financial Services Authority Regulation no. 35/POJK.04/2014 on Corporate Secretary of Listed or Public Companies.
The Corporate Secretary’s duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Keeping abreast of the capital market development, particularly related to the regulations applicable in the capital market.
- Providing information needed by investors related to the Company’s condition.
- Providing input and/or recommendation to the Board of Directors in order to comply with the provisions of Law No. 8/1995 on the Capital Market and its implementing regulations.
- Acting as a liaison between the Company and the Financial Services Authority, the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the general public.
Currently the position of Corporate Secretary of the Company is held by Bueno Jurnalis based on the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk dated December 28, 2021.
