Audit Committee
The Audit Committee assists the Board of Commissioners in carrying out its supervisory function related to the Company's financial and operational activities. This committee is also responsible for ensuring that control policies and compliance with applicable laws and regulations have been implemented in the Company's business.
The Company has prepared the Audit Committee Charter in accordance with the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 55/POJK.04/2015 on the Establishment and Implementation of the Audit Committee’s Work Guideline. The Audit Committee Charters serves as the basis for understanding the regulations on the Audit Committee’s work procedures to ensure that the recommendations given to the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors are in line with the Company’s needs and objectives.
The Audit Committee’s duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Reviewing financial information to be published by the Company for the relevant authorities, such as Financial Statements, projections, and other reports related to the Company’s financial information.
- Reviewing the Company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to the Company’s business activities.
- Providing independent opinion in the event dissenting opinion between the Management and the Accountant on the services provided.
- Reviewing the performance of the Public Accounting Firm and/or Public Accountant that has audited the Company’s Financial Statements in the previous year.
- Providing recommendation to the Board of Commissioners regarding the appointment of External Auditor based on independence, scope of assignment, and fee.
